"Me & The Reality of Society - The Harsh Truth" Part 1

Introduction:

As I observed that controversial questions based on my doings are always asked on social media platforms or personally. So, it has become a priority for me to write this article related to Controversies of Society.

At the age of 36, I stand tall as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, a Fitness Trainer and a Lecturer. In the list of my achievement, I am also an entrepreneur being one of the directors and CEO of Fitness Cravers Academy, Delhi. There are so many things I inherit which I will reveal gradually with the course of time. Just hold your horses! I will deliver the dead answers for the weird kind of questions people usually ask.

My Profession:

My Profession

Teaching is my profession to which I am very much fascinated and attracted to, since my childhood. I did my Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and treated many patients with muscle and bone related issues. Ultimately my fate led me to such a stream which I was really fond of. I had never thought of picking it as a career option which is to teach the students. My students look forward to build their career in fitness industry as a fitness or personal trainer, sports nutritionist etc.

Perhaps there are two factors which helped me change my stream drastically from clinical domain to teaching. First, I had to teach the same subjects to the students which I mastered during my learning period. For instance, Anatomy, Physiology, Bio-mechanics etc. Second, I have always been very much conscious regarding my fitness. Those are the reasons I have always enjoyed in delivering lectures to my students.

My Goal:

My goal is to keep the society as fit as possible thereby providing them a good quality of life. As a sole person, I might not serve the purpose so efficiently which I wanted to. Hence, I found teaching the best option to educate and create a human resource. It will do same and contribute to the society’s welfare subsequently increasing the reach.

I teach with full devotion and conviction. It’s not a matter of joke which many teachers in fitness industry have made of it. This is because of their bad teaching skills. It needs a great commitment, hard work and creativity to make student understand different concepts of fitness. Most of the students enrolled for the certification in personal training, sports nutrition or yoga do not belong to the science background. This is where I face the real challenge. I have to teach them from the scratch because they lack the basics of human body functioning. Language barrier is also an issue here.

I cannot tolerate any loophole when it comes to my teaching profession. By watching my dance videos people ask me to behave like a doctor and the director of Fitness Cravers Academy. I really wonder that the directors or the doctors, aren’t they human being? Don’t they have right to live their passions to the fullest and that too on their own conditions without controversial statements!

A Question To The Society:

Why is it so that when a designated person uploads or shares a sensual dance video on a social media platform, people don’t accept it! And start trolling with controversial words obnoxiously. I hope you know that there is a very fine line difference between sensuality and vulgarity. People who are well brought up, know this difference because of maturity. They indeed appreciate my effort and talent.

Unfortunately, there is a section of society, who cannot accept the fact that multi-talented people do exist. And he or she has full right to use the social media platforms to share their passions and talents as per their own conditions following the freedom of what to share and what not to share.

“Wolf in A Sheep’s Skin”

What kind of people would you like to follow? There are 2 classes of people. First, “Wolf in a sheep’s skin”. let me elaborate this for you. Here I am insinuating that section of society who are two faced and are generally the idol of the major population.  Such people portray themselves sincere, kind, honest, noble and full of sophistication. But in reality, If I take an example of film industry, whom normally everybody follows, they are found to be indulged in drugs, child & human trafficking, match fixing, prostitution and what not! Do you find this controversial? If yes, you should not.

Second class of people is, “Sheep in a sheep’s skin”. Now that’s the transparent personalities I am talking about. These are those people who never fake around. They are not hypocrites. They are an open book and never try to hide anything. Such people love to share their passions, talents, likes, dislikes and feelings with open heart through any medium they are comfortable with for instance social media platforms.

Shame & Decency:

But what normally society thinks of such people is that the person is showing lack of shame and decency. That the person is audacious and excessively bold as per the culture one follows. But they always forget one thing that the such people are harmless to society. They are always better than those two-faced people whom you all follow with respect but in reality, they fool you. Such class of people always try to contribute to the society by all means and yes, I am one of them.

That’s a small self-introduction for my friends out there. In my upcoming blogs you will be flabbergasted to know about my journey and struggle with the serious odds of the society to quote with examples Fitness Industry, Bollywood, Politics, Government Authorities, Hospitals, Legal System, Controversial entities etc.
